    Unhappy Sooo...what is this?!

    My friend got this snake awhile back and seems to think it is a burmese...I know it's not but need help on convincing her as she got it from a good friend that bred it and has known them longer than she has me...and he told her it was a burmese.

    Also, can you maybe tell me what kind of boa it is? I have never seen one this dark...

    (Sorry, I took these photos w/ my phone but it really is this dark!)

    yeah, i keep hearing they have a 'dark phase' of the boa's...so is that what he might be? a common or rtb - dark phase? he is super chocolately! And has a REALLY strong iridescence.

    Wow, that's a crazy transition, Void. I have never seen anything like that in my RTB. Maybe they don't do the phases as much when they get bigger?
