I agree it is too cold and in the pic I dont see a hide. Give it a hide somewhere in the middle. Your BP will do much better with a hide.

i have 2 hides, identical, one on the hot side, one on the cold. Now he is in his hot hide.

Good. your 10-20 uht is not to small for awhile he will be happy in that for about a year depending on how much you feed him and how fast he grows.

ok neat. im trying not to over feed him. so im thinking... Thursday will be his first adult mouse.
