That should be enough air holes, you will only need a SMALL SMALL water bowl to keep your humidity in the right range with that. If it proves to be too much humidity though, you'll need to enlarge the holes a bit, or add a couple more.

Is there a way to add the next shelf and be able to remove the lids of the tubs? Ive seen setups like this before and its worked out good....its a thread called Frugal Herpers snake racks or something like that.

Yes, that setup will be fine for Bloods, no hot spot, just a constant low 80's should be fine.

You WILL want to keep a close eye on your setup though just in case you have a malfuntion on your thermostat, the snakes wont have any way to get off the heat. A double Ranco setup might be worthwhile to you later on. A second one can be added to the one you have coming with a little wiring, its a piece of cake.

Dont worry about the little gap between the tub and tape, it'll be just fine. My current hatchling tubs are the same type of deal and theres no issues.
