Wink How Do You Get A SPIDER????

First I just need to say that this place is just flat fricken AWESOME!!!
Everybody that participates here just plain ROCK. I have spent hours upon hours reading numerous threads and i now feel like i could host a Discovery Channel show about Ball Pythons,,,LOL.
My Morph Question is this: What morphs do you have to pair up to get a spider?,I know you can get them from spider to normal breeding,,,,but where did they come from originally,,,like how do you get all spiders if they cannot be bred together? Where did the original spider come from?
I hope my question is clear,,,I am a noob so please bare with me. Thank you everyone

    CHEERS,Chad

    Glad you like the site..
Spiders are a base mutation meaning the only way to get one is to buy one.. There isn't another way.. Originally the first male was found in Africa in the bush..Like all the base mutations..

Re: How Do You Get A SPIDER????

Yup. Spiders are a dominant base mutation. The only way you can get spider offspring is by actually breeding with a spider.

Since spiders are dominant, you either have a spider or you have a normal. There's not "het for spider".
    1.0 Normal - Maynard
    1.0 POG - Victor
    0.1 YB - Diana

    0.1 Pastel Boa - Astrid
    1.0 Salmon Boa -

    1.1 Leopard Geckos

    0.3.2 Inverts
