Or just wait for a reptile expo to come around. You should have more variety in terms of breeders and snakes to choose from. There seems to be one within an hour drive every couple of months where i live. Maybe it's the same time period for you. It will also give you time to save up money.

I'm considering a Mojave as my first BP too, but they're a little more than i want to spend. I was initially thinking about Spiders and Pastels. Who knows... maybe when i'm at the expo and see a snake i really like, i won't be able to control myself!
