No, every snake is different as far as the strength of the smell of Urates. For instance my Het Pied female is only 500 grams but will stink up the whole room when she pee's. My other BP's don't smell near as bad as her when they do it.
I wouldn't worry about it, as long as you got him/her from a reputable source, there should be no concern about some smelly pee.
