I almost bought a monitor out of sympathy because he was twisting around in his tub, desperate to be free. But remembered my promise to myself.

Also saw the dirt cheap Retics and thought but sooo gorgeous. OMG and the Emerald Boa and Green Python. sad sad sad

One vendor was selling a proven breeder pair of Asian Beauties for 200.00, they were gorgeous and friendly, but I said argh no.

Sadly no new Balls for me, just have to wait 3 months and see what my female puts out, she was a rescue that the pet store bought and then bred and then decided to sell. No idea on her background but she has some amazing high yellow in her patterns. It just does not photograph.

So I ended up with a breeding pait Snow and Blizzard Leopard Gecko, breeeding colony of Rats and contact of a local distributer, as well as a breeeding colony of Dubia Roaches.

Max my male breedie will just have to wait for Ms Right until I can find a pretty girl that doesnt cost more than a morph BP.
Yeah there was a ton of expensive stuff. Surprisingly a lot of the BP morphs dropped in price from what I saw last year at the Phoenix show, I even saw Fires selling for $150 and Lessers selling for $200, even Albinos dropped jurastically, that one male Albino for $275 was insane, I really almost got him.

A lot of other species dropped in prices too, a lot of stuff was going pretty quickly, I mean that Tiger Retic for $65? Just awesome.

The Phoenix show is on Nov. 20-21 this year, so maybe you'll find something there. I'm sure prices will be low there too considering from what I saw this year. Just a lot of the higher end morphs were where they were supposed to be in prices.

Well at least you left the show with something instead of nothing, I couldn't ever leave a show without buying anything, there's too much there for me to not want something LOL. Hopefully you'll get a nice clutch of eggs from your female!

Thank you! I'm so excited to have them, they are the cutest things ever. I forgot how small baby BPs can be. I used to think my Spider was a small guy, but after handling so many little BPs at the show and having two tiny ones of my own, my Spider seems like he grew over the 6 hours I was gone.

Thank you!! The Croc monitor is definitely awesome to see, he was just hanging out the whole time. I love how their heads are shaped, pretty awesome. We have a few more at the sanctuary I think, they are all about the same size though.

Ok, you saw some cheaper things than I did, which means you have a better eye. I saw a lot of Albino Boas rediculously cheap, and I saw a male het BP cheap but no females. However I did see a baby retic for 45 and almost bought , he was so cute.

PHX in Nov huh ? Now that I know what to expect... See ya there lol

I was trying to look around as much as I possibly can because I know there are those hidden morphs for cheap. My friend actually found my Pinstripe for $180 so he had a better eye than I did, and I really LOVE Pins so I immediately got her. They said she's a real picky eater but that's no biggy, probably why they were selling her for that much because she coulda easily been $300 because of her real nice pattern and the fact she's a female.

You bet man, I'm sure there will be those hidden morphs for cheap there too, keep a good lookout for them, I'm almost positive you'll find something. And alright see ya there!

Thank you!! There is definitely a huge variety that I saw this year. There were definitely more BPs at tables than anything there from what I saw, and most of them were morphs too. I only saw about 20 Normals give or take and the rest were all different morphs.
