    No Poop?

    Hey,

I've had my 2.5 year old female BP for 3 weeks now. She's ate 3 times and never refused a meal and still no poop. Is this healthy? How long have/can female BP's go without pooping?

I've got a stubborn no-pooper that has gone a whole month and a half before I finally gave in and gave her a bath.

Lukewarm bath, about an inch 1/2 of water for about 15 minutes (or until she poops, just keep an eye on water temp), and the poop rockets will launch, I promise.

    Re: No Poop?

It is completely nomral for a BP not to poop regularly. My snake only poops once about every four weeks. I have a feeling that after your snake has eaten this rat and digested it that it will leave you a nice stinky surprise.

Once a month is about average for an adult BP (at least in my experiences), so I wouldn't start with the baths quite yet... give her another week or two, and I'm sure she'll give you something nice to clean!
