    There's really no way to tell just by looking at a picture. You would have to find someone who knows what they're doing to actually probe the snake.

    you cant really tell from looking at it, might have to get it probed if its too old to be popped anymore.

    You'd have to probe the snake to accurately sex it. Adult females are generally quite a bit larger than adult males but that still isn't a sure fire way to tell, get the snake probed.
