Tangerine(?) - should I trade him?
So I've had this little male for almost 2 years now. He was labeled as a tangerine, though he's extremely pale (but has BEAUTIFUL blue eyes), and cost me $75. I'd think he was a patternless, if it weren't for his tail.
Anyway, I want to know 2 things:
1. Is he really a tangerine?
2. I'm considering trading him for another snake. I'm just not interested in lizards any more, but I'm kind of attached to Mojave here. He's getting good care and all, but not very much attention. There's also the chance the 'rents won't allow it. I can't decide yet, but if I WERE to trade him, what kind of snakes would you be willing to give? Ball python or otherwise.

(Also, no comments on the substrate, please. He's on astroturph now.)

Anyone? No ideas on what to expect?

EDIT: Found out he's a hypo tangerine baldy, and he used to have a carrot-tail but it seems to have faded, oddly enough.

Oh, I wasn't looking to trade him for a ball. I was thinking a pair of corn hatchlings. But now I'm not sure I wanna let em go at all, so...

Very beautiful!
I wouldn't give away the little guy if I were you. Have you considered maybe getting more involved with geckos to get you interested again? Leopard geckos breed fairly easily and have tons of cool morphs available at reasonable prices.

Yeah, I'm leaning toward keeping him now. I can't personally care for another gecko (Mom said no more til college, and my snake recently escaped too...), but I'm seeing if any of my friends would be willing to find him a girlfriend and we could breed them together. My biotechnology teacher even offered to help me build an incubator for snakes, so I'm sure that would work for the geckos too.
I originally bought him and a high-yellow female with intent to breed them in a year or two, but she ended up with crypto so there went that idea...
