"Lockjaw" is caused by a bacterial infection. While I can't say definitively (I'm no vet, nor an expert on bacteria)....I find it extremely unlikely that a bacteria suitable for humans would infect (survive inside and thrive in) a cold blooded snake.
Why on earth would you suspect your snake of having this? Its entire body would be wracked with spasms if it did.
