The Lucy Makers are by definition Hets (Heterozygous) for that Lucy gene
The cheapest way to produce a Lucy would be any of the BEL makers bred to each other...
BLUE EYED:
Mojo, Lesser, Butter, ect....
Mojo X Mojo would probably be the cheapest currently
BLACK EYED:
Fire, Sulfer, Russo, ect....
If you consider the Ivory a Lucy then Yellowbelly to Yellowbelly would probably be your cheapest route to a White Snake
cheepest of the white snakes would be yellow belly x yellow belly then would be mojo x mojo, but neigher can be considered true leucistic. cheepest you could make a true leucistic would be butter/lesser x butter/lesser. fire x fire is about the same price, but usually have yellow spotting.
