Rosy Boa Eye Issue?

I was wondering what might be going on with my rosy boas eyes? I just got him yesterday and noticed that his eyes have a metallic silver look to them rather than the brownish color. I don't see a pupil either. Is this possibly a retained eye cap or maybe cataracts? He acts fine otherwise. Any ideas?

is he possibly going into shed? I don't know much about sand boas but that seems to be the way my ball pythons tend to look right before shed.

need a better look at the eyes. can you get a shot from either or both sides showing the snake in profile?

Sure, I took a few more but he's a squirmy thing So they aren't the best. Hopefully they'll show you a bit more. Also, I think he just shed because he had a little stuck shed on his nose.

Hard to say. Next time he sheds make sure he's got a humid hide or that your soak him. Then check the shed to see if the eye caps are present. Then you'll know whether you need to do anything.

It's too hard to say without seeing him in person.
