Bedding type.
Hi i was on youtube just now and i seen a guy with his ball python bedding as sand, i dont know if it was just the feeding tank or what but he never answer my post when i asked it. Is it fine to have a sand type bedding or should i go with what everyone else i see has and go aspen ect?

I doubt sand would be recomended, I know in bearded dragons, babies can have a hard time passing sand and cause impaction.
I donno why you would want sand, dries out quick, offers no oder protection

Go with newspaper.
Seriously, its great. When soiled you take it all out, put some more down, and bravo! your good to go.
Its what I use in both my snake and leopard gecko tubs.

Re: Bedding type.
No to sand, aspen, paper towels, news paper, cypress, and a few others are acceptable.

Re: Bedding type.
I use newspaper and I love it! It is so easy to tell when the snake has peed and it's quick and easy to clean up!
