This will be my first breeding season. My hot spot is at 92* and my cool end is about 82*. I keep my house AC at 78 and so tubs seem to keep about 4 degrees higher. When it starts to cool down in October, I usually turn my heat on and put my thermostat to 73*. I figure my tubs will be around 76* or so and my hot spot will just stay where it is (at 92*).
Will this be ok for breeding season or should I have temps on the cool side higher and hot spot cooler? I was reading on the Marcus Jayne website that they keep temps at 72* cool side and 82* hot side until February. Does it matter if I keep my cool side at 75-76* and hot side the same 92* or so?
