    Sexing my babies?

My 6 babies are a few weeks old now, all shed and 5/6 have eaten at least one meal. Now I want to know for SURE what genders they are, and I'm wondering the best way to do this... I have a few options, and wanted your opinions on which to choose.

Option 1: Try popping them again myself, and post video/pics to have you all verify my guesses... I've learned to do this solely from YouTube (and articles), so it safe for me to try again? Think I'm doing it right, since one showed definite hemipenes.

Option 2: Take them to my (herp specialist) vet, and have them probed... she said they'd do it after 2 weeks of age, but I'm still a little nervous about the procedure. Plus, she charges an arm & a leg for everything!

Option 3: Drive them to Berkeley (about 15-20 minutes without traffic), and have them popped at East Bay Vivarium. I trust them completely, and they'll only charge like $10 - or do it free if I end up selling them a baby or two. Just worried about exposing them to a pet shop, and stressing them out with a longer drive.

Whaddya think? And if I do end up taking them somewhere, what's the best way to transport them? Weather isn't an issue here, since this time of year it's incredibly mild (60-75 degrees) around the Bay.

Popping will work and is very easy at that age! You can also buy snake probes online and probe yourself! Popping will not hurt your snake if done right!

If you decide to probe make sure you have an experienced person demonstrate the procedure

Thanks guys! I think I'm pretty good at popping, but still question myself since I didn't learn from a pro... definitely wouldn't try probing without guidance, so that's something I'll save for the future. I'll go ahead and pop them again, and see if I can get some video/pics to share - just to verify what I'm seeing is right.

P.S. When I originally popped 5 of them, it looked like 4 females and 1 male... that gender ratio would make up for the lousy morph odds, especially since the one Mojo looks like a girl.
