where to place the flexwatt on my rack?? what part of the shelf? lenght or width?

Im am building a rack for my BP's this week and after looking ovier so many rack designs I have come up with a design that I think will work best for me. I now just need to decide where to put the flexwatt....Im gonna tape it directly to the rack but should I run it the whole length of the tubs or the width? Im using 41 quart tubs that roughly measure 34x16x6, so should i run the flexwatt along the 34 inch or 16 inch side. thanks in advance!

honestly it doesn't matter, as long as you can provide a proper heat gradient, which that was even a debate a few weeks ago. so I guess it just simply doesn't matter. biggest thing is make sure it regulated. all my racks are now backheated.

I have all belly heat and the flexwatt is on the end of the tub so the tub has a noticeable temperature gradient front to back.
