    Brazilian Rainbow Boa, good pet?

Well I came across a Craigslist ad for someone who wants to sell there young female BRB. There selling the boa and its cage for only 100 dollars or best offer. Now ive only had a ball python for 2 months, would this make a good pet for a somewhat beginner? Heres the add, it looks legit to me.

beginner? maybe. They have stricter requirements than some others, but nothing is stopping you from providing what it needs.

I absolutely adore and love my BRB. He is such a sweetheart, so curious and friendly. I've had people tell me that I'm lucky, but I think with the right husbandry and frequent, gentle handling...anyone could have the same. They do have a little more strict requirements, but if you do the research...it really isn't that much more difficult. Higher humidity (80%+ for neonates) and a bit lower temps than a BP.

As long as the BRB doesn't have an RI and seems healthy enough, I'd so go for it....the price is great, with the cage included.

I suggest being extremely careful with anything bought on craigslist, especially something living. If you can get them to agree that if you take it to a vet and it's sick that they will give you your money back, it might be worth a shot. Without that, I cannot suggest this.

I am worried about it possibly having IBD, I already checked and a vet check up would be 32 dollars. How much would it cost to have it checked for inclusion bodies?
