hatchlings piping out of there eggs ?

i got 5 poking heads out , one is completely out maybe 2 , others are sticking thier little heads out . should i take each baby out as it comes out , or wait till they all come out . the tube is kinda small with the vermiculite in there

I took mine out as they came out. Had no issues. I did it because I'm a neat freak and if it was me in that small container with goop all on me I would like to be cleaned and put in better environment. But I'm not a snake, but mine are doing well.

You can do either, some people leave them in till they all come out.
If you remove them one by one just make sure the tub your moving them into is set up with damp paper towels and a nice 90ish degree hot spot to lay on.

do i have to use a heat pad , i know i have 2 i have to see if they still work . can i use a heat lamp on top

Heat lamp is a killer on the humidity - you will have a hard time keeping the paper towels moist. Heat mats are better.

is that for the timebeing while they are little , when can i switch over to a heat lamp .

I wouldn't use a heat lamp at all if you have a good heat pad/mat/tape. Lamps zap moisture out of the air and have a tendency of making things rather arid. That's fine for desert dwelling species, but ball pythons need some humidity.

how long before thier first shed . i have damp newspaper . is papertowls better . can you use a damp cloth or towel instead .

They should shed in about 7-10 days, and paper towels are probably best. I kept mine in one (15qt) tub with damp paper towels, misting daily to keep it moist... as each one shed I put them into their own 6qt tub, with dry paper towels and a small hide.
