Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO HOO what a ride!"

It just shed the first time and you've already assist fed?

Yep. He was born 45 grams - detached from yolk. Attempted assist-feeding when he went down to 39grams. I force-fed at the 5-week mark - he wasn't alert anymore. Barely lifts his head up.
His brother was born 47 grams - also detached from yolk. Started eating at the 3-week mark. He is now at 72grams, almost catching up to his other brother who was born at 69grams and is now at 80grams.
