So did this ever get discussed here?

    http://www.renaissancereptiles.com/stolen/

The guys seems to really make NERD look bad, but theres 2 sides to every story, so I won't make any judgement.

I tired searching "renaissance reptiles" and only thing that came up was something about their stolen animals in 2005.

All I can say is DAMN, he got screwed over by that wife, let that be a lesson to you guys out there, cause I've seen it too often.

These men do all the work bust their humps to build a business or career, but fail to keep an eye on things i.e his inventory, business bank acct. etc. What did he think she was going to be amicable about things , I think not! she took him to the cleaners.

So readers keep this in the back of your head, you start off with a couple few BP's, significant other has no interest in your hobby whatsover, until.......you are making a nice little profit and they can benefit from it, and they feel entitled to a portion of you vast & valuable during a break up.

    COVER YOU BUTTS!!!!!

It's not the 1950's anymore, they need to remove the "until death do us part" from marriage vows, because it seems that too many people have have forgotten what a marriage is supposed to be. Too much trading up & out these days.

    Just my

Again I will say with alot of things I've seen, there are 2 sides to every story, don't pass judgement yet.

I believe there are usually three sides to every story, and I didn't even factor in NERD into any of this.

Always at least 3 sides to a story when there is conflict between two people. Person A has a story, usually Person B has a different story, with the Truth being somewhere in the middle if you're lucky.
To me it sounds like an ugly divorce and he wanted to ruin someone reputation. But since I don't have any proof of anything happening either way, I look the other way and let them air their dirty laundry amoungst themselves.

I read that a while ago. I'd buy from NERD, but I would ask about where the animal came from first.

I had a reply to this article, but then realized this article is more than 3 years old. Since I haven't heard anymore concerning this situation, I can only assume the parties have reached some type of compromise.

So, I don't know where to go with this. Selling stolen snakes or sick and diseased snakes is wrong, but we are a self-disciplined group. If someone is doing something wrong, it usually gets out to everyone pretty quickly.

I hope everything in the herp world is in balance.
