Veruca (Stimsoni) outside
My Stimson's Python (Antaresia Stimsoni) Veruca has these amazing eyes, which only photograph well in natural lighting... she will also strike at a camera flash, so I try to avoid that as much as possible. Anyway, she was being all restless today, so I took her outside for some modeling - here are the results, before my camera died ~10 minutes into the shoot. I do like this camera (Panasonic Lumix), but it has LOUSY battery life!

The only halfway decent grass shot - she was moving FAST on it!

Thanks, and I love her eyes too! She actually looks a bit cross-eyed when the pupils are dilated, but the yellow is still pretty intense... not at ALL like my other Stimson's, who has orange/brown eyes.
