No I don't think it is a calico bee, it could be a normal bumble bee just that the sire or dam where brighter. Are they from the same clutch? Maybe the sire or dam where a lemon pastel, which make bumble bees look a bit brighter.
Calico bees are allot whiter, look on world of ball pythons
