help! im a little worried

here's what happened. I was going to take out my nippy het pied male but when i opened the tub he was hissing like crazy so i waited a few moments till he settled down a bit. then i noticed there was a few bubbles in one side of his mouth so iI immediately took him out to take a closer look at it, but when i did the bubble already disappeared. i examined his mouth but it looks normal to me. pinkish in color with no excessive salivation but saw some little bubbles though. i tried examing my other snakes they pretty much have the same result when i checked the mouth. what do you guys think caused the bubbles in one side of his mouth? could it be just the severe hissing that caused it? I just worried it might br a respiratory infection. also found no wheezing or whistling. I just separated him for now just a precaution.

It could be a RI, the mouth should be almost white, not very pink, is that how it looks? Do you notice any white cheesey looking stuff anywhere in the mouth(esp along the gum line and lips)?

It also could just be he had just gotten a drink of water, but there really shouldn't be bubbles in the mouth. Why don't you give him a few hours, then re-check and see if you still see bubbles? If so, it might be a beginning RI and you may want to take him to a vet.

theres no white cheesy stuff. i just recently checked it again and it looks pretty much the same as i first checked it. the mouth is white with a little pink in color. theres minimal fluid in his mouth but there are still bubbles. it kinda looks like human saliva. a friend of mine told me that when bps are agitated it stimulates saliva production and the hard hissing may have cause it to bubble and its just normal. is he right. the only thing that worries me is the fine bubbles in his inside his mouth.

tried also checking the mouths of my other Bps and there are also fine bubbles. now im confused.
