You also had it in a forum that wasn't about breeding (Morphs and Genetics) - so I moved it to the Breeding forum for you.

They don't always lock, and they don't always figure it out the first time. You've got MONTHS to go before you're even close to an ovulation and eggs, so they've got a lot of time to figure it out.

Be sure to give them both rests.
