Eggs at 41 days, do these look ok?

ist time for me hatching eggs, they are at day 41 and look pretty deflated?
do they look normal? Humidity is pretty stable at 89-91.

nope, havent touched them. Just been monitoring enviroment.
I guess in another week ill keep an eye out for movement????
