Hey gang! Only a day and a half left to enter this month's contests! We've got lots of great BP pics, but could use a lot more herps and POTM entries. I know we have so many great animals and talented photographers out there...SO LET'S SHOW OFF!
Of course, please be sure to review the CONTEST RULES before submitting entries. Primarily, you must have a minimum of 10 posts in the month of August for your picture to be accepted, and you should only submit ONE picture per category. There are other important rules as well, so please take a moment to review.
The theme for this month's POTM is ZOO CREATURES. This is a recurring theme because we all love animals and just about everyone can easily participate if they wish to. Please submit any picture that you personally have taken of an animal in captivity at a public zoo or aquarium. Any sort of park open to the public where animals are kept is fine...wildlife parks, aquariums, sea world, zoos...whatever, so long as it's not a private collection. AND...just to put a twist on this month's theme....CAPTIONS are allowed to be placed on the photo...but are not required. HAVE FUN!!
We don't currently have any captioned photos...so maybe you can get an edge on the competition with a clever caption for your picture.
