    No. The Ranco and Johnson thermostats are designed for commercial and industrial heating and air conditioning applications. They don't come wired from the factory so that they can be custom wired into whatever application they are being used for, such as wall circuits, etc... The pre-wiring is done by RBI at their facility, which helps them sell more since most people don't know much about electrical wiring. If you get an un-wired thermostat then you will need to supply you own power cord and power strip, or however you choose to set it up... I want to think someone posted a tutorial on how to do it a long time ago. If I can find it I'll post the link...
