They look so similar to ball pythons, and they are beautiful wow!
Do they have the same temperament?

    Nice looking bee btw !
They get a bit bigger then Ball Pythons and usually are a lot less shy/stressed and a lot more curious and just "more snake". Usually no feeding issues , either.

That said, the BP's I had throughout my life have mostly been very curious snakes, never had feeding problems, they weren't very shy (but they were in display cages). I used to take them to educational presentations and they were as calm as can be, and I could go home and feed them that night. Never been bit by one, either, and there were all kinds, incl. rescues.

Now, my angolan Zina was a slow starter, even at the breeder. She didn't want to feed regularly. She was also rather shy and did not like being removed from her cage (although, once out, she was fine) She is now a feeding machine and also a lot less shy. Will eat anytime, daylight or not and whether I'm in front of the cage or not. She is also getting better with removing from her cage, and she will calmly cruise around when taken out. She has never threatened to bite, either, but you have to let her know its not feeding time, before taking her out..hehe.

So...she is now how an angolan should be, it just took her a while

They are getting more available with a bunch of people breeding them now
