    Re: Daytona pickup(clown)

Jake, that pair was produced by me, I'm glad you are happy with him. The female is probably a het as I bred clown x het clown 5 times when my lesser het clown wouldn't breed. Later on in the year I got the lesser het clown to breed to that female once. The clutch was 4 clowns and 3 "hets" but I really couldn't sell the female as a het in case the lesser het male fathered a couple of the babies. I hope I'm right and you get a few clowns out of her.

He came packaged with a female possible het clown, which Dave explained to me at Daytona(and just posted as well)is most likely a het since it looks like his clown fathered the clutch.

He bred a male lesser het clown and a male clown to a female het clown. Since there were no lessers or lesser clowns in the clutch, the clown was probably the sire, but Dave was upfront about the breeding and labeled her a 66% het.

Dave-thanks again, I can't wait to get him up to size and pair him with my adult female het clown as well as some codom morphs. Good luck getting that lesser het going this year!
