Can you either put her back in the egg, or make a "false egg" from a deli cup with moist paper towels? I'm not an expert by any stretch, but that seems to be the advice in similar situations... unfortunately I agree with the other post, and think he/she just needed some more time to develop! Mine have been hatching all week, and it will be 4-5 days between the first pipper and last emergence - so they can develop at different rates, especially if your heat is uneven like mine was.
