I am afraid you over reacted.

Some hatchlings appear as if they are not moving at all (looking dead) and require to be poked a little harder or with something more pointy than a finger to make them move, I had that happened with a few, when you have a dead snake in the egg you will know very fast.

Sadly by pulling it out of the egg you might have cause more harm than good.

Right now I would suggest to put him in the smallest container you have available (deli cup) to prevent him to to drag the yolk sac around too much, and make sure to keep the paper towel nice and moist, than place it back in your incubator and see if it will absorb the yolk.

Not much you can do for now.

As for the color, it is the last thing setting in in BP so this explains the strange color.
