Lesser Pied - Blue eyed Leucy

We've always wanted a blue-eyed leucistic and once we learned we could make one with a pied, we set our sights on it. It looks like he's the only one we'll produce this season, but we are very happy with him! The flash totally killed the eye color in these pre-shed pictures. I'll try again with different lighting after they shed. He's shown here with a couple of siblings. Thanks for looking!

That's right. Lesser het pied male to piebald female. Ralph Davis first produced one in 2007. Some lesser pieds do have patches of lesser coloration but some, like this one, come out totally white.

Our lesser het pied male was produced by Ballistic Morphs in 2008. I see Rich K advertising now and I don't see Ballistic Morphs. I don't know what happened there, but I'm pretty sure Rich K produced him and sold him through Ballistic Morphs. I'm just really glad he proved out!

So that snake only has one lesser parent and adding pied made him white? That's pretty cool.
