i don't see any sort of knot or anything, there's probably close to an inch of purple "stuff" sticking out, which i guess is the umbilical cord. i talked to Henry Piorun, and he said it's weird that it would pip and come out so early, but it's not unheard of. i was too flustered to ask if it could have been related to temps. one thing i also thought of is maybe the rats were crashing around and scared it? Henry said the best i can do is wait a day or two and see if it absorbs any of the yolk. if not, i should tie it off and snip it, because the yolk will get stinky and gross. the snake is in a small container with wet paper towel, and i put it back in the incubator. do you think that's good, or should i take him out of the bator? i really hope he's okay, my heart is so broken right now
