Canned Replies not working for me

Hey guys,

Can you give me some details on your browser specs?

Are you selecting canned reply (and it shows up) and then submitting it - and it doesn't appear?

IE 8.06
I can click on the Canned Replies icon. My Canned Reply will appear in the drop down window. I can click on the reply, then nothing happens.
It does not show in the message.

BTW, in this new software package, where do I go to ensure my canned reply is actually still there? I can't seem to find it in my user profile.
