Hey all, I finally got my female Lemon Pastel out for the first time since I brought her home. I picked her up Sunday 8/8/10, successfully fed her two rat pups Wednesday night and finally pulled her out for a short handling session last night with another this afternoon. I noticed that she seems to be breathing quickly and possibly heavily, although she is about half the size as my male Pastel which is the only snake I have spent any real time handling, so it may be normal. I DO NOT hear anything that might indicate an RI, no rattling, whistling or popping. So I'm wondering what is considered "normal" respiration for a BP? Could she just seem to be breathing quickly because she is nervous (she is much more skittish/head shy than my boy) or because she is smaller or is there something else I should be looking for? Thanks in advance!!

PS. Both are in tubs, hot side 90ish*, cool side 80ish*, each have hides, humidity is 50-60% (bumped up for the male in shed currently), have ceramic water bowls and are fed F/T rats (smalls for him and pups for her). He is about 870g and she is about 340g.
