Your request is pretty broad.
Ontario, I believe, has no province-specific bans on large constrictors.
This means that you just have to look at more local laws, like you looked up for Newmarket.
In general, more rural areas are more likely to have loose restrictions on EVERYTHING, where as suburbs (particularly affluent suburbs) and large cities are more strict.
In the USA , affluent suburbs more often than not have Homeowners' Associations, which even dictate the approved colors you can paint your house. This just shows some of the extremes you can get in regulation of private living that you may experience in places around Ontario as well.
My suggestion, look for places that are a little further away from work and be willing to commute.
