Now sure how you get a lung from that - but it is a heart

Now I am assuming the hourglass represents time. So have you added more time to your life by losing weight?

Ok, after looking again, I am wondering if the red tear drops are actully supposed to be blood or teardrops? Blood, Sweat and Tears?

Blood.

Basically a doctor told me a long time ago that, and I quote, my time is running out (being obese that is).

Time running out = hour glass

Now we have heart disease in the family (my dad and all his siblings were overweight and had a heart attack before 55).

So heart disease + time is running out = heart inside an hour glass.

Now the blood .. Basically while I lost all that weight I did get more years out of that. A heart without blood cannot work. So because I got my life back the blood gradually fills up the heart again, pumping life back into it.

I think that pretty much explains it

Oh and no idea how I came up with it .. just popped into my head.
