Pastels, in boas, are simply another term for really clean, colorful animals. There are a few lines that are proven to replicate their traits in their young---like the EBV line---but mostly, they are simply very nice looking animals. They're great for cleaning up traits in other boa morphs!
If the boa wasn't sold to you as a specific pastel line, it can't really be classified as a pastel (and no, there are no super pastels).
In any case, you got yourself a very nice looking representation of the speciesHe is very clean, and has some nice reduced saddles. I like him a lot!
