Seeing as I know the tub sizes for corn snakes and know that BPs aren't corns, I could use some help with this. So Pet Supermarket has like, a dozen or so BPs in and I checked them out. Small guys (can curl up in a young lady's hand easily), but they look good. So, when I decide to haggle for the two corn snakes and a rat snake they've had for months, I'll probably go for a BP or two. However, I'd like to put them in the right size tub.
I know BPs are rather lazy, and I know they're shy and don't like really open cages. So I'm wondering, for young BPs that are around 12 inches at the most, what's a good size tub? A rule of thumb (such as a tub with a perimeter the same as the snake's length) is also helpful for when I need to upgrade.
