How often does your BP go to the bathroom?

If it's a younger BP don't expect a poop anytime soon. They use up most of the nutrients from the prey, so they don't go very often. My older BPs will sometimes poop weekly, or they'll save it all up and let loose only when they shed. They go when they want to, don't worry about it. And trust me, YOU'LL KNOW when they are going to go soon. They get all swelled up around their vent... Whatever you do DON'T push or you will end up with snake poop all over you. The first time I noticed my female all swollen I was like "wahhhh eggs?" NOPE! Just a whole lot of snake poo... all over me.

Lol, I never want to squeeze. I know she doesn't seem to have a whole lot yet, so we will see.

Try cleaning the cage. That always works for me.

Try letting her swim in a tub/sink with warm water. I soaked my snake for just a few minutes to help remove a little stuck shed and he ended up pooping in the water... and it was A LOT of poop.

She's getting a soak later this week, so we will see.

I was gonna say the same thing! My BP like clockwork will always poop right after i clean his enclosure. Sometimes i wonder if he does it on purpose

"A lot of poop" for me is just a turd you wouldn't think would come out of your snake, haha! I've seen some small poops and some monstrous poops from my snake. Either one is nothing to be worried about. Just be happy that she's getting it out!

One of my snakes tends to hold it for a month, then let loose all at once. It's vile. My roommate thought I was kidding when I said it was like the size of my CAT'S poop...but lo, it was. She was horrified.

Seriously, it's nothing to worry about if the animal is acting normal.

Mine pees or dry urates on a regular basis and then when I clean out the cage, I can usually expect a turd that night waiting on me.

Most of mine tend to be every couple weeks to a month.
One of my adult females has an odd habit. She goes after a month if she's fast, up to about two months if she's slow. The poops are about the size of two or three balled up socks.

Yeah, mine is a young one and I've had him for about 8 weeks or so, and he's only ever pooped once, a few weeks ago. I saw it and I was like "How the hell did that come out of you?!" lol
