What brand TEMP GUN do you guys recommen?

I have been reading a lot of threads on accuracy of thermometers, incubator temps, tubs, hot spots/cool sides, etc. and decided it is definetely time to invest in a temp gun. I watched the Big Apple video on their temp gun with a laser (the yellow one) and it looked pretty descent. Of course I have seen the ads for the Temp Gun brand and also saw an ad for the Raytek Temp Gun. I just wanted to ask those of you with experience what you recommend and why. I defintely like the laser feature. Thanks for any replies.

I tried order this gun from their website for the last 15 minutes now and it doesn't work. Everytime you go to checkout, it tells you the shopping cart is empty

I would call them, I bet you can order it on the phone also.
I tried too, same results.
We have a Harbor Freight store close by which is where i picked mine up, I was shocked the price dropped so much because it's been a real good gun for most of a year so far.

Yeah, that looks like a great gun (Harbor Freight). I may have to order one tomorrow.

I've also heard www.ReptileBaiscs.com sells some nice Tempguns.
