What do you think? Paradox Piebald? Your opinions..

    Hey Everyone,
Although i haven't posted here, i been browsing the boards for some time. Although i'm not new to ball pythons, i am new to morphs. I recently acquired a Pied 07 Male who we named "S'mores" from someone locally. I did notice a shade of black/gray under and around his face. I didn't think much of it, because he is healthy otherwise and checked out great.. He has had a complete shed, and the black/gray area remains. After looking into it more, i believe it's a form of Paradox, but wanted some opinions. It wouldn't change the way we feel about him. Just interested in what you guys think.

    Thanks in advance!

Yeah, I spent a long time looking at an almost axanthic-looking lavender-gray patch on the neck and chin of my first pied, but I've since found that they all seem to have it.

Yours is particularly dark and colorful, though.

    (ps. Pretty pied!)

Yup, perfectly normal. I thought the same thing when I hatched out my pied last year, but was told its common in them.

My pied has quite extensive dirty grey under his chin and down into his neck-all pieds that I have seen have this to some extent. Interestingly I have one other snake with a similar chin and he's het ghost, never seen it on another non pied.
