Yea, you can in my state some people have serious depression and they need a Dog/Animal to accompany them at all times, sorry if your brain isn't capable of understanding this complex situation. And yes the same thing goes for a snake. If some one called the cops it would be a False Police Report because its not illegal to have a snake so yes the people who called would either get a ticket or be arrested.Originally Posted by Deborah
