    I think the best bang for the buck is an upright freezer if you can find one. I like the solid one piece door construction, or a single door refrigerator if you can find one of those.

    Has anyone tried the incubators from Creative Morphs? they look nice but the price seems kind of high.

    They are constructed of Melamine. I loved melamine for initially constructing my origional racks, but since then have been moving on. Don't get me wrong you can build some inexpensive units keeping cost really down without sacraficing function at all. My issue with Melamine is overall life expectancy when in service. I find myself resealing the melamine in my racks every year. Expanded PVC, ABS plastic, and powdercoated steel just need an occasional good cleaning and all is fine.
