Substrate!
I want a substrate that holds humidity good and that is natural, Any suggestions? Much appreciated

well news paper it not exactly natural but it works REALY good and its cheap and easy to clean, and if u need humidity cypress is really great because it holds it real well and looks nice, and you can also use shredded or chipped aspen (i prefer shredded)

Cypress is your best bet for holding humidity.

We use coconut....it comes in brick form....it holds the humidity and makes shedding really easy... we get it from petco

I also use coco fiber. Great at holding humidity, looks great, will not cause injury if swallowed and it is an eco friendly product.

Like some others, I use coconut fiber and it works GREAT. Here is the kind I use.

I too use Cocoanut Fiber, Eco-Earth to be exact, I mix it with ReptiBark too though about a 50/50 mixture.
And I love the nice dark natural look it gives, and it holds humidity amazingly well.
