    there are a few different localities of 'dwarf' retics. These guys area considered dwarves, but are still capable of becoming GIANT.. 16 foot monsters instead of 25 foot monsters.

    SUPER dwarves however are a different story. They're pretty small, and if you're comfortable with BCIs or carpet pythons you'd be more than comfortable with a SD 'tic.

    Just stay with a pure SD, not one that has been crossed with larger localities and morphs.

    I've only ever handled one older SD 'tic that was 3 or 4 years old, seemed to weigh just 3-6 pounds or so.
