The biggest thing is to keep up on your doc appts., talk to the docs if you are not on the right meds, (it takes a long time to get find the right stuff) and get a therapist that works for you. (again that can take a long time to find as well). I am currently taking Prystiq for my panic/anxiety disorder. I still have a ways to go..but at least now I admitt its a problem and I am working on it.And I agree with the other poster....when you have this...you always seem to think you are dying...lol....
But go...rule out anything....and then move forward....otherwise it will be in the back of your mind....(not a good thing}
