    They definitely seem to huff and puff alot when you go in to grab em, I think it is kinda of just a vocal warning to scare predators. With my blood as soon as you pick him up he is a baby, he is a very relaxed snake at that point. He likes to crawl into my shirt and settle down in my armpit while I watch tv. His attitude has definitely improved over time as I have handled him, I reccomend you just keep handling him so that he learns you are not a threat to his safety.
