Another thing to try before starting her on her regular food, is to offer her rice. It works great with my German Shepard when she gets into something she shouldn't have. It's a bit easier on their stomachs, than their normal dog food. Glad to hear that you got her into the vet though.

Yeah. This is a good idea. I knew a lady who only fet her dog cooked lamb and rice. She had a real sensitive stomach, and that is all she could eat.
